About Position:


We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master - Technical Project Manager to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. You will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews, and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.

To be successful as a Scrum Master, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, as a top-notch Java technical lead, you should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, test software.
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines
  • Roll out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed
  • Secure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities
  • Collect and review customer feedback to enhance user experience
  • Suggest workflow alterations to improve efficiency and success.
  • Pitch ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach teams on Agile principles, and remove impediments to help the team achieve high performance.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment for the development team.
  • Work closely with Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog and prioritization. Track and report team progress using metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.
  • Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the organization in Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
