HR Assistant
A fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a leading financial services company based in London. In this role, you will support the People Director across all areas of Employee Experience, including L&D, Advisory, Talent Acquisition, M&A activity, and ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining confidential HR records.
- Support data entry and HR systems, including M&A documentation.
- Assist with coordinating HR projects, tracking progress, and preparing basic reports.
- Update People team materials and PowerPoint decks.
- Help organise L&D sessions and assist with Advisory tasks such as onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years in administrative or HR support (a plus).
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
