RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfil the needs of world’s largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers. Our products leverage cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning (ML) based big data analytics and modern cloud architecture, all while maintaining a user-friendly and efficient experience for our extensive user base.

You would join our Product Strategy team and become the driving force behind our company’s long-term growth. To ensure close cross-functional collaboration with the key stakeholders, the position can be located in either Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden.

Join us as a Product Strategy Manager and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and provide actionable recommendations on product portfolio strategy for the leadership
• Evaluate product portfolio performance, analyze win-loss reports, and gather actionable insights on product-market fit at a global scale
• Drive innovation by assessing new product opportunities and providing strategic guidance on build, buy, or partner decisions
• Influence and shape long-term portfolio strategy based on long-term ambitions, strategic priorities and insights from TAM analysis
• Gather and synthesize insights from leading industry analysts and experts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to inform strategy and decision-making
  
  

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in strategy roles such as strategic consulting or product strategy, with a focus on delivering high-impact business insights to the leadership
• Deep understanding of the retail and consumer goods industries, and the software vendors that offer solutions in supply chain, merchandising and operations
• Evidence of ability to challenge and direct company level strategies based on providing insights in an influential way, leveraging internal reporting and external insights
• Analytical skills with a growth mindset, able to quickly learn about new industries by using well-honed research techniques such as market research, expert interviews, competitor analysis, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and coordinate initiatives, transforming early-stage ideas into commercial concepts
• Track record of excelling in cross-functional environments, building consensus, and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to work hands-on when needed, diving into details to drive initiatives forward and ensure successful outcomes
