Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid IT Support role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. Responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, assisting with desktop computer setup and maintenance, and addressing help desk inquiries. The role involves working closely with teams to ensure seamless IT operations and delivering excellent customer service to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related hardware
- Background in Information Technology and Help Desk Support
- Proficiency in diagnosing and solving technical issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Certifications such as MCSA / MCSE, or similar are an advantage
- Experience working with SMEs in a consulting or IT support capacity is beneficial
