Initially a 6 month Daily Rate Contract
We are looking for Mid - Senior Marketing Analytics Analysts to work in one of Australia's most advanced data environments.
This position offers significant exposure to production and proof-of-concept (POC) big data environments, advanced analytics, and ML/AI personalization products, utilizing the latest cutting-edge tools.
The Role:
As a Mid - Senior Customer Data Analyst, you will focus on deep-dive analysis to understand customer retention and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategy, design, and testing of analytics implementations.
- Transforming analytical output into actionable insights.
- Building client materials and engaging stakeholders from scoping through to delivery.
- Providing insights for personalization engines and products.
- Ensuring quality control and oversight of reporting outputs.
Skills Required:
- Experience in a large, complex customer analytics environment (exposure to customer marketing data is essential).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling tools and techniques (e.g., segmentation, propensity models).
- Experience with A/B testing and control groups.
- Advanced SQL for extracting, querying, and relational databases (Teradata preferred, other data warehouses considered).
- Strong visualization skills (Tableau preferred).
- Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Computing, or a related analytical field.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to effectively liaise at all levels of the business.
Highly Regarded Skills:
- Python.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- BigQuery
