The Role
We’re hiring experienced recruitment consultants who know how to perform at the top of their game. You’ll partner with founders and leadership teams at the forefront of blockchain and artificial intelligence, building world-class teams across technical, product, commercial, and leadership functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, sourcing, candidate management, and deal closing
- Build long-term client relationships within the Web3 and AI ecosystem
- Identify, engage, and headhunt exceptional talent across engineering, product, and commercial roles
- Consistently deliver at a high level in a competitive, fast-moving market
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a high-growth recruitment agency as a consistent top biller
- Proven track record of strong billings in an agency recruitment environment
- Experience recruiting in technology (Web3, AI, fintech, or related sectors preferred)
- Strong business development capabilities and ability to establish new client partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, resilience, and competitive edge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
