What you'll do


  • Serve as the primary contact point for EEA users, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to account access, onboarding, transactions, safeguarding requirements, and MiCA-related service processes.
  • Escalate technical or compliance-related cases to internal teams where appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining customer support procedures aligned with MiCA, AML/CTF, and internal compliance obligations.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to product and compliance teams to enhance service quality.
  • Support the preparation of customer communication templates, FAQs, and SOPs.
  • Complaints Manager will function as coordinator to other relevant teams of the Company and ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates with complaints management experience will be considered for the Complaints Manager role.


What you'll need


  • Native-level or fluent proficiency in German or any other European languages; strong English proficiency is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service in financial services, crypto, or fintech is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic during customer escalations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow regulatory-aligned procedures precisely.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
