Join our team as a NPI Project Manager, Tallinn.  



Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving success in the world of demanding electromechanical device projects? Look no further - we're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our innovative team at Innokas. 


As a NPI Project Manager at Innokas, you will be responsible for the successful production ramp-up of new products in our Tallinn factory. Your work will directly contribute to successful product launches. In this role, you will be planning, managing, coordinating, and financially controlling these projects. 



What you´ll do  


  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for new product introductions 
  • Manage and control of projects in compliance with agreed processes 
  • Conduct regular project status reviews with the team and customers 
  • Oversee cost management and project invoicing 
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and development 
  • Analyze and report lessons learned for continuous growth 



What you’ll bring 


  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, with a solid understanding of the activities required to successfully complete projects in electronics device manufacturing 
  • Relevant educational background(M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in mechanics, electronics or related field 
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to guide teams effectively 
  • Fluency in Estonian and English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Finnish, other Nordic languages, or Russian) is considered an advantage
