At Legrand, Business Intelligence plays a central role in how we understand performance, optimise operations, and support decision-making in a complex manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a BI Specialist who enjoys working close to source systems, understands industrial processes, and wants to build analytics that people actually trust and use.
In this role, you will work hands-on with ERP, production, purchasing, and financial data, developing robust datasets, data models, KPIs, and Power BI reports that support both operational and strategic decisions.
You will collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders and contribute to improving data quality, transparency, and consistency across the organisation.
IS THIS YOU?
- Educational Background: degree in Industrial Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- ERP & data integration: experience working with ERP-based data (SAP or similar) and understanding how manufacturing data flows across systems.
- Experience in Online Report Development: hands-on experience with developing online reports, preferably using Power BI (PBI).
- Operational Process Knowledge: strong understanding of manufacturing and purchasing processes. Experience working with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases in a reporting / BI context.
- Data ownership mindset: you are comfortable taking responsibility for data quality, consistency, and keeping reports running in a changing ERP environment.
- Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication abilities in order to explain complex data topics clearly to non-technical users. Listening and understanding the expectations of stakeholders.
- Proactive Attitude: you are truly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. You are proactive, structured, and have an analytical mindset.
- Language Skills: fluent English, Estonian is an advantage.
