Ericsson is a significant R\&D actor in Finland, focusing on product and network security, cloud, 5G and 6G research. Ericsson Finland employs around 600 professionals and our main office in Finland is in Jorvas, Kirkkonummi.

We are now looking for a Summer Intern to join our PDU Cloud Common & Solutions team in Turku.

What We Offer

We offer Summer Internship in Product Development Unit Cloud Common & Solutions during the summer of 2026. Product Development Unit Cloud Common & Solutions develops Cloud Infra solutions, components, products and micro-services for multi-users across Ericsson. Our organization develops micro-service that provide security functionalities for several products included in Ericsson portfolio. As an intern you have an opportunity to participate and get insight into our daily work. Joining us as an Intern means an opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a student that is interested in software development and curious about security.

You will bring

You have already made progress in your studies or learned similar skills in other ways. You feel confident in your technical abilities and are eager to keep learning. You are ready to face challenges and work well with an agile team. You are curious, like to try new things, and enjoy finding creative solutions. You care about your work and always look for ways to improve.

  • Currently studying towards a MSc or BSc studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related technical field
  • Programming experience with e.g. Python, Go, other programming languages
  • Experience in Unix/Linux environments and modern software development tools
  • Experience in CI/CD tools such GitLab/Github
  • Experience in functional testing and unit testing
  • A drive for continuous learning and professional development

We are working in a hybrid setup, combining office days in Turku, Finland, with remote working days.
