The company operates across multiple regions and counterparties, managing sourcing, logistics, contract execution, and settlement processes. As part of our operational development, RaDa Trading is expanding its capabilities in digital transaction workflows used in international trade environments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Assets Operations Manager to support and manage operational processes related to digital settlement instruments and blockchain-based transaction workflows used alongside traditional trade operations.

This role is focused on execution, reconciliation, documentation, and operational risk awareness. It is not a trading or speculative role. The position works closely with internal operations and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely settlement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows related to digital asset-based settlements

• Monitor and reconcile digital transactions against internal records

• Coordinate settlement processes with operations and external partners

• Maintain accurate transaction documentation and reporting

• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies

• Support internal controls related to transaction execution

• Track transaction status and settlement timelines

• Contribute to the development of internal procedures for digital settlement operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations, settlements, or transaction management within trading, finance, or fintech environments

• Practical understanding of blockchain-based transaction workflows

• Experience working with digital wallets for operational purposes

• Strong attention to detail and structured working approach

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in commodities trading, energy markets, or financial operations

• Experience with cross-border transactions and reconciliation processes

• Exposure to operational risk or internal control frameworks

• Familiarity with compliance or reporting standards

Compensation

Offered range: €80,000 – €90,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

A performance-based bonus may apply.
