Senior Fullstack JavaScript Software Engineer – Sanofi

We’re looking for a Fullstack JavaScript Software Engineer to join Sanofi’s fast-growing digital team in Lyon. This is your chance to contribute to solutions that impact millions of patients globally, while working with modern technologies in a collaborative, international environment.

Location: Lyon, France – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Language: English (essential for working in global squads)

What you’ll do:

• Build and scale high-performance applications in a microservices architecture.
• Design and deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Lead and mentor within agile squads, driving collaboration and innovation.
• Work end-to-end across the stack, from React.js frontends to Node.js / GraphQL backends.

Tech you’ll use:

• Frontend: React.js
• Backend: Node.js, GraphQL
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS)
