About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and fluent German-speaking graduates who are eager to launch their careers in low-code development using the Appian platform. This role offers structured training, hands-on project exposure, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program on Appian BPM and related technologies
• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Appian-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements
• Support testing, debugging, and documentation of applications
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2023/2024 graduates preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, SQL, or scripting is a plus)
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and good command of English
• Willingness to relocate to and work from Germany
