Join a fast growing cutting edge AI centric Anti Piracy SaaS business as their core Technical Product Manager.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into tangible, high-impact software solutions. This role is about more than just oversight; it’s about hands-on leadership in improving the platform and delivering features that significantly enhance value for our users and the business.
What you will be
- Take charge of the engineering workflow, meticulously organising tasks, prioritising the feature pipeline, and proactively removing any impediments that slow down the team’s progress.
- Guide Feature Realisation: Shepherd new concepts from initial sketch to final deployment. This includes articulating detailed requirements, refining user stories, and engaging directly with engineers to guarantee seamless execution and timely results.
- Systematically collect insights from client-facing teams and customers, incorporating this vital feedback directly into the planning of sprints and the ongoing product evolution.
- Be the primary custodian of the product backlog, ensuring its meticulous refinement and strategic synchronisation with overarching business priorities and immediate operational needs.
- Organise and run regular product team ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, review sessions, and roadmap planning) to unify engineering activities with the broader business strategy.
- Convert high-level business objectives into precise, actionable user stories, complete with defined criteria for acceptance, for efficient handover to the development teams.
- Monitor feature implementation progress, actively resolve any blockers, and provide clear, consistent updates to all parties regarding timelines, potential trade-offs, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with both the design and engineering disciplines to ensure the final product releases are of the highest quality and meet user expectations.
- Post-release, scrutinise operational metrics, gather user reactions, and implement subsequent iterations for continuous improvement in outcomes.

- A culture that values innovation and learning.
- A dynamic startup environment with a collaborative team.
