With balconies full of geraniums and subtropical gardens that border an exclusive Sicilian beach - Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel feels like a private home nestled in Taormina Mare. At the acclaimed restaurant, freshly caught fish and decadent desserts are enhanced by stunning sea views. Guests can relax in the heated infinity pool, wellness centre and stylish beach cabanas.

Main duties:
- Talent Acquisition & Selection: Manage job postings, pre-screen candidates, and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
- Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process, including pre-arrival communications, classroom training delivery, and coordinating staff housing to ensure a seamless and welcoming start.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate e-learning access and completion of mandatory online courses. Coordinate, track, and follow up on corporate and departmental training programs.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Supporting HR tasks to ensure all operations align with brand standards and contribute to exceptional service delivery.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills both in Italian and English, the knowledge of French language will be considered a plus
- At least one year of HR experience
- Training and development opportunities;
