In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be key counterparty to other country based units related with product development and distribution
- Localize, interpret Terms and Conditions and local country business units
- Lead country based product development tasks and smaller projects
- Contribute, participate, localize, test various PanBaltic development projects
- Contribute for local process descriptions, various product external and internal documentation
- Give input to IT development units on developments of IT systems, IT and business processes and user interfaces
- Participate in testing activities for various IT developments
- Take part of claims decision making
- A strong understanding of insurance industry and products
- Knowledge about the regional and global trends of insurance
- Strong execution and communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written, for communication with Baltic colleagues
- Proactive mentality, like to work with people
- University degree and at least 3 year insurance or banking experience
- Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
