IT PROJECT MANAGER

Our client, a well-established organization operating within a complex, multi-entity business environment, is strengthening its IT project management function in the Baltic region. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives supporting business growth and digital development.

Role overview:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, development teams, and external IT partners in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, implementation)
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Control scope, timelines, risks, and changes
• Ensure effective communication between business and IT
• Provide project status reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support IT budgeting and contract/vendor management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (CI/CD, testing)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Good command of English (minimum B2)

Salary range: 3500 – 4000 Eur. gross
