Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Java Web Developer & Security Consultant:

• Design and develop secure backend and connectivity services using Java and web technologies
• Perform object oriented analysis and contribute to robust software architecture and design
• Develop and maintain APIs using REST SOAP and gRPC standards
• Implement and manage secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Apply strong security principles across applications including encryption identity and access management
• Collaborate within the connectivity team to ensure reliable and secure system integrations
• Participate in code reviews testing and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to Agile delivery cycles and work closely with cross functional teams.

How do we imagine our future Java Web Developer & Security Consultant?

• Senior level experience in backend development with Java 8 or higher
• Strong expertise in object oriented design and software architecture
• Proven experience in API development REST SOAP and gRPC
• Solid knowledge of Git and GitHub version control practices
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols including OAuth OIDC Passkey and TOTP
• Confirmed security expertise including PKI x509 p12 pkcs10 formats symmetric and asymmetric encryption and JWT tokens
• Experience with application servers such as Jboss EAP is an advantage
• Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP and container technologies Docker Kubernetes OpenShift is a plus
• Knowledge of CI CD tools Maven Linux shell scripting and Agile methodologies
• Frontend basics HTML CSS JavaScript and React are assets
• Strong communication skills autonomy critical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of French and or German is an asset
