Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst Consultant [Insurance] :

• Ensure BAU support for asset management applications within the insurance domain
• Monitor and manage incoming incidents support requests and system alerts
• Handle functional support for business users including incident resolution and user assistance
• Maintain and update operational procedures and knowledge bases related to asset platforms
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions with quantified impacts
• Coordinate implementation of corrective solutions including follow up testing and production deployment
• Qualify and analyse change requests and evolution demands from business stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams and software vendors to design and implement solutions
• Define test strategies execute functional tests and support user acceptance testing
• Contribute to projects by ensuring business requirements alignment with operational processes and IT standards
• Produce functional specifications requirements documentation and ensure solution validation
• Provide functional support during project warranty phases and post deployment

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst Consultant [Insurance] ?

• Proven experience as Business Analyst in insurance life insurance or finance asset management funds investment context
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and financial instruments
• Solid functional expertise in asset management fund administration financial services and custody flows
• Experience with SWIFT payments and securities including ISO 20022 standards
• Hands on experience with asset management tools such as Custy Jump and internal financial applications
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Jira ALM Octane and Microsoft Office
• Technical literacy including XML SQL Excel RegEx web services CFT and MQ
• Strong analytical skills ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills with ability to animate meetings and training sessions
• Client oriented mindset with initiative rigor flexibility and change management capability
• Fluency in French is mandatory
