Your Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and update customer specific trademark portfolios
  • Monitor internal and official trademark renewal deadlines in our in-house database
  • Handle all client related enquiries with utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Provide accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email and/or online portal
  • Act as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests
  • Communicate trademark renewals related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally
  • Prepare cost estimates and other reports for internal and external use


Your Profile

  • (First) working experience in an administrative service oriented role is considered a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines
  • Very good communication skills combined with client orientated thinking
  • Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and French and/or German (written and spoken) is required.
