Your Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and update customer specific trademark portfolios
- Monitor internal and official trademark renewal deadlines in our in-house database
- Handle all client related enquiries with utmost professionalism and discretion
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email and/or online portal
- Act as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests
- Communicate trademark renewals related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally
- Prepare cost estimates and other reports for internal and external use
- (First) working experience in an administrative service oriented role is considered a plus
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines
- Very good communication skills combined with client orientated thinking
- Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and French and/or German (written and spoken) is required.
