Business Analyst - Legal & Compliance processes

The legal department is evolving, and this role plays a key part in that transformation. Sitting between legal operations, business strategy, and technology, you will help reimagine how legal support is delivered. Your work will improve the way teams collaborate, manage data, and meet compliance needs, enabling a more agile and scalable organization.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is looking to build their career at the heart of European investments.

Your mission

  • Review and map legal and compliance processes, systems, and data flows to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Apply analytical thinking to streamline inefficiencies and design practical, end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and assess the value and feasibility of change initiatives.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects align with operational and strategic priorities.
  • Turn regulatory or legal requirements into actionable deliverables and user specifications.
  • Lead discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions to gather input and refine solutions.
  • Participate in agile delivery, supporting sprint planning, backlog management, and testing phases.
  • Prepare training content and guide stakeholders through new systems and processes.
  • Champion change by fostering adoption of new tools and practices across the legal team.
  • Share best practices and coach junior analysts to develop analytical and collaboration skills.

What you offer

  • 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, process design, or operational improvement within legal, compliance, or similar environments.
  • Education in Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A background in business analysis or process‑improvement frameworks (BCS, IIBA, Lean Six Sigma) is appreciated.
  • Familiarity with legal technology or document management platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Sharp analytical and communication skills with a talent for connecting details to the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
