Junior DevOps Engineer

As a junior DevOps Engineer, you help develop, implement, and maintain credit risk models used by Rabobank globally, directly impacting over 700 colleagues and millions of customers.

You & your role

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Python services using Azure DevOps, and develop automation tools to support deployments, monitoring, and operational workflows. Operate and enhance our Azure cloud environment, contribute to the reliability and performance of calculators, and collaborate with engineering teams to refine deployment standards and automate workflows. As a junior DevOps Engineer, you will participate in incident troubleshooting and help improve root cause analysis processes, while documenting architecture and automation best practices.

The junior DevOps Engineer is part of the Area RMM within Tribe Credit Analytics, responsible for the design and ongoing improvement of the mortgage model used within Dutch retail banking.

You & your talent

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, tooling, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Familiarity with containerized applications and Kubernetes workflows.
• Experience with Celery or other distributed task‑processing systems.
• Support containerized application deployments to Kubernetes environments.
• Exposure to API gateways (Kong or alternatives).
