Our guests choose Landal for a relaxing break from everyday life, surrounded by nature. With more than 260 resorts and tens of thousands of diverse accommodations, this results in approximately 7 million guest nights per year.

The Digital Product team is responsible for all digital touchpoints our guests have across our websites and apps. Our ambition is that every interaction with Landal feels like part of the holiday experience: immersive, personalized and effortless.

Our team is organized into smaller journey-focused product teams, each fully accountable and owning a specific part of the customer journey.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead our “Stay” journey product team. Based on a strong product vision, you define KPIs and identify ways to continuously improve them. You actively research the needs of both guests and stakeholders and groom a widely shared opportunity roadmap.

Together with other teams, you work on quarterly initiatives that enhance the guest experience, always in the context of our business objectives.

You are closely involved in project delivery with the team and, together with the Design Lead and Tech Lead, you drive discovery for future initiatives. You also have a sharp eye for unnecessary, repetitive operational work and actively seek ways to minimize and automate it.

You are driven to deeply understand what our guests truly need. You are able to make clear, well-founded choices about what is genuinely valuable for Landal to offer its guests. You are comfortable navigating complex dependencies in underlying technical systems.

You know how to manage operational overhead effectively, with a strong preference for automation. In addition, you have a good eye for design and understand how touchpoints across app, email, and web come together to form one coherent guest experience.

• Academic level of thinking and working, with 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
• Experience with (complex) stakeholder management.
• Experience with app product development.
• Proven ability to quickly translate insights into value for both customers and the business.

• Een jaarcontract met een proeftijd van een maand conform cao Recreatie waarbij we je natuurlijk uiteindelijk graag in vaste dienst nemen.
• Een salaris tussen de €4.253,- en €6.076,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis* exclusief vakantiegeld.
• 27 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime werkweek*
• Thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,40 per thuiswerkdag.
• Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot deels thuiswerken.
• Een reiskostenvergoeding conform de Landal reiskostenregeling o.b.v. €0,23 cent per km. Indien je besluit om met het openbaar vervoer te reizen, worden de door jou te maken reiskosten 100% vergoed. Landal wil namelijk haar medewerkers stimuleren om met het openbaar vervoer naar de werkplek te komen.
