职位概述

我们正在寻找一名招聘专员,重点支持人才招聘工作(欧洲业务)、协助其他人力资源相关项目。该岗位将与 HR 团队及欧洲各地办公室紧密合作。

此职位适合对招聘充满热情、希望在国际化 HR 环境中成长,并有志成为专业招聘顾问。

候选人将负责招聘需求的发现,协调欧洲各国的招聘需求,管理完整的招聘全流程,并具备同时处理多个紧急任务的能力。


岗位主要职责:

  • 招聘规划:包括且不仅限于人力规划、HC编制计划、招聘管控、HC编制定期核对、招聘数据汇报;
  • 招聘运营:包括且不仅限于领英等招聘渠道运营、雇主品牌,校园招聘、猎头管理、招聘预算管理维护招聘数据与报告,如渠道效率、招聘效率等;确保遵守公司政策及当地法规;
  • 管理和支持岗位招聘全流程:承接招聘需求、职位发布、需求分析及内外渠道人才获取、简历筛选、面试协调、反馈收集以及谈薪、 offer 准备与发放;以通过试用期为招聘交付标准;
  • 招聘需求及资源配置:与各国业务管理者及办公室主任协调沟通,发现招聘需求并确保招聘流程高效顺畅;
  • 新员工试用期管理:包括且不仅限于试用期能力跟进、试用期评估、试用期如不合适的后续劝退和跟进;
  • 支持人力资源团队项目型工作:如人才发展专项、领导力专项、组织发展专项、新员工培训专项等;


岗位要求:

  • 2-6年左右 招聘相关领域工作经验
  • 有海外留学或生活背景,本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、商科或相关专业优先
  • 对招聘和国际化 HR 管理充满兴趣,尤其是欧洲业务。有国际业务招聘经验优先
  • 熟练的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语),雅思7分或同等水平,掌握其他欧洲语言者优先
  • 能够同时处理多任务(multi-tasking),具备良好的协调能力和责任心
  • 注重细节,能够在快节奏、多文化环境中高效工作
