Opportunity: Business Analyst
The role focuses on simplifying Supply Management processes for operations through a lean approach, as part of the ERP process workstream jointly led by Finance and Supply Management. With a regional scope and an initial focus on European On-site Services, the role is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying root causes of inefficiencies, and driving standardized, scalable improvements.
Working closely with Supply, Finance, Operations and IS&T, the role designs, tests and implements simplified processes aligned with Global Supply Management standards. It supports change management, process governance and continuous improvement by defining KPIs, enabling best practice sharing across countries, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the consistent adoption of standard processes to improve efficiency, compliance and user experience.
⚙Key Responsibilities:
- Work with country teams to lead a short-term study on local existing processes versus Global Standard processes.
- Map root cause, pain points and country specificities – identify commonalities, make recommendations.
- Draft and propose a plan of concrete actions to improve current process on below topics:
- PR / PO processes incl. approval lead time & compliance
- Good receipt lead time & simplification
- Invoice matching
- Measure /Benchmark Process Performance Indicators
- Support to define and drive the overall roadmap
- Feed the development of supporting IS&T solutions starting with the European countries
- Review & approve change requests and country localizations
- Enforce the implementation of standard practices where gaps are identified and escalate significant issues to the Group Process Governance Committee
🤙What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Ideally have worked in Supply Management for 3+ years
- Strong knowledge of procure to pay process
- Process driven orientation and experience of working with cross functional teams and global stakeholders
- Experience insupporting change at a senior management level with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Fluency in English required, ability to speak other European language is a plus
- Communicator and Negotiator
- Planning (workplan, resources) and tracking (indicators, actions)
