Senior Android Developer (Kotlin) – Porto (Hybrid)

Are you a Senior Android Engineer with a passion for Computer Vision? We are looking for a high-caliber developer to join an international, cross-functional team of senior engineers. The Role: As a Senior Developer, you will lead the implementation of complex features, with a primary focus on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies. This is a critical component of our product, and your expertise in this area will be a key driver of the project’s success.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in Android development using Kotlin as your primary language.
• Proven expertise with OCR technologies (this is a high-priority requirement).
• Deep understanding of the Android application lifecycle.
• Experience integrating third-party libraries and managing complex dependencies.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and JIRA.

Work Model:

• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Hybrid Model: Occasional visits to the Porto office are required for collaboration
