Job Description

Cybertrust Germany is looking for Senior One Identity Manager Consultants to join their cybersecurity consulting team through a flexible nearshore model. Consultants will work in a hybrid setup based in Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.

You will be involved in designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager, working directly with national and international clients on security-critical projects.

• Analyze IT, business, and compliance requirements
• Design and implement IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager
• Customize and configure workflows, provisioning rules, and identity lifecycles
• Integrate IAM solutions with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and enterprise systems via APIs
• Provide operational support, including incident management, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with international teams in complex cybersecurity projects
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (essential)
• Solid understanding of authorization concepts (Active Directory, LDAP)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
