Your responsibilities:
- Taking over the technical leadership of an ongoing digitalization project, with a focus on successfully delivering the development and testing phases through to go-live
- Planning, monitoring, and managing IT sub-projects in coordination with internal IT and overall project management
- Creating use cases, test cases, test plans, and actively supporting test management
- Coordinating and controlling IT work packages, sprints, and release planning in collaboration with the overall project manager and Head of IT Development
- Maintaining close cooperation with internal interfaces and department heads, depending on the project approval process
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar (Bachelor/Master).
- Leadership experience in software development teams with strong planning and delivery skills.
- Excellent project management and conceptual abilities.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum) and continuous development environments.
- Technical know-how in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL (Postgres/MSSQL), TypeScript, React/Angular; knowledge of TeamCity, Octopus, EventStore, Hangfire is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge and ability to assess task complexity and effort.
- Independent, structured working style with proactive reporting.
- Hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and excellent communication skills.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and flexibility in reprioritizing tasks.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
