Job Description:


As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in building the bridge between business and IT. Your primary responsibility will be to gather & translate business requirements to detailed product specifications via user stories. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and reliability of our Core Banking systems and integration of digital channels with Core Banking, and you'll collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment. This is a full-time position, located in Romania or available remotely.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather and translate business requirements to detailed product specifications via user stories that are ready for development by the development teams.
  • Walk (with the client or user) through each step of the process, examine individual tasks that could potentially be improved and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Monitor the ongoing quality of work delivered in sprints and projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report issues, defects, and anomalies, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
  • Document test results, create test reports, and maintain thorough records of test cases and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Train the necessary staff.
  • Support end-user after the product is delivered.
  • Present the internal releases to the customers.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge in one of the following domains: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, POS Management, Retail Loans, Retail Mortgage, Payment systems, Customer, Account or Treasury products.
  • Experience in digital channel-service integrations and API testing is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with multiple business stakeholders.
  • Required to think business oriented and service minded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with agile development practices and Scrum.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Core Banking systems and integration with digital channels.
  • Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, including test automation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
