About the role - Project Manager (jun/mid level)

We are looking for someone passionate and eager to run innovative projects and build strong customer relationships with airports worldwide - we want a Project Manager to join our team!
As a project manager, you should have a proven track record of getting plans to happen, having you as a mobilisation driver. Being proficient in onboarding new clients and nourishing long-term relationships will definitely make you a good fit for this role. Key data for you to consider
- Income: 2300 - 3400 GBP gross salary/month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Yearly profit share

Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of a project implementation, ensuring good collaboration that leads to achieving the project goals.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, and promote product adoption and development for each account assigned to them.
- Coordinate all aspects of release management, including establishing, keeping track of, and adjusting timelines for releases, and ensure timely communication with all involved stakeholders.
- Management of change requests, including identification, tracking, and development of changes,s considering all given constraints.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and the entire organisation to ensure the alignment of client requests and project objectives with product development goals.
Qualifications & skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Romanian.
- Full-Lifecycle IT Delivery Management with 1+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the end-to-end software delivery cycle. Has the ability to navigate project constraints, manage critical paths, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex technical initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from a technical institution.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and team leadership.
- Skilled in resolving cross-functional conflicts and navigating project roadblocks through analytical thinking and collaborative negotiation. Dedicated to achieving measurable business results through team-wide accountability.
- Expert at aligning project requirements with user expectations to drive engagement and long-term product adoption, and high customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management
- Certification in Agile Delivery Methodologies
- Proficiency in using Spanish and/or French and/or German is a plus
- Knowledgeable about the aviation domain
Our recruitment process
We will use a three-step process for the recruitment of this role:
- A first questionnaire on product management concepts with the candidates who have been selected based on the CV & and motivation description.
- A first interview with the candidates who have been selected based on the questionnaire, where we will discuss product management topics and your relevant experience.
- An exercise will be sent over email to the candidates selected, where you will be expected to prepare within 4 working days and then present on a topic.
