Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a frontend engineer, you'll work directly with our CTO, David, to develop robust systems and user interfaces driving our business forward.

  • Collaborate closely with our team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using frontend technologies
  • Implement software design patterns, architectural patterns, and modern web design principles to ensure robust and maintainable code
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems
  • Continuously optimize and improve our frontend architectures to enhance user experience and performance


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in web development, with deep expertise in frontend technologies
  • Your focus should be in frontend with strong proficiency in React and Typescript
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX, software design patterns, architectural patterns, and modern web design principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory


What’s a Plus:

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment and/or Startup environment
  • Some experience with backend engineering is a plus


Our Current Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: React, Typescript (relevant frameworks and libraries: Nextjs, React Query, MUI)
  • Backend: Kotlin (Spring Boot framework) & Python (NLP/AI)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, PGVector
  • Cloud: AWS (Fargate, ECS), Terraform
  • CI: Github Actions
