To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator in the biotechnology sector.
The project :
- Lead and manage engineering projects (CAPEX) from feasibility to handover,
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans,
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and contractors,
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Swiss/EU regulatory standards,
- Oversee design, installation, qualification, and commissioning activities,
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management,
- Support continuous improvement and standardization of project processes.
Your profile :
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering field (chemical, biotechnology) or equivalent,
- 15 years of experience within a biotech/pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment,
- Experience in managing suppliers and external partners,
- Strong knowledge of GMP environments and regulated production facilities,
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and external suppliers,
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
