Engineering Project Coordinator - Biotech

Workload: 100%, on site

To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator in the biotechnology sector.

The project :

• Lead and manage engineering projects (CAPEX) from feasibility to handover,
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans,
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and contractors,
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Swiss/EU regulatory standards,
• Oversee design, installation, qualification, and commissioning activities,
• Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management,
• Support continuous improvement and standardization of project processes.

Your profile :

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering field (chemical, biotechnology) or equivalent,
• 15 years of experience within a biotech/pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment,
• Experience in managing suppliers and external partners,
• Strong knowledge of GMP environments and regulated production facilities,
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and external suppliers,
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
