The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead Fullstack Development who thrives on coding, solving complex problems, and leading by example. You’ll head up our Customer Portal team — a small, agile squad that builds and evolves our core web application, which connects customers directly to the results of our AI video analysis platform.

You’ll drive the team’s delivery velocity, technical excellence, and architectural direction, while staying close to the code yourself. This is not a management-only role — you will code, review, and architect alongside your team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers
• Take ownership of delivery — from requirements to release
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
• Ensure technical quality through regular reviews, testing, and refactoring
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX to translate concepts into robust features
• Define and evolve service architecture in line with company standards
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Fastify, tRPC, TypeScript
• Data: PostgreSQL, GCP Datastore, Drizzle ORM
• Infra: Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, Terraform
• Client-side state: TanStack Query

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (small, agile teams)
• Strong experience in modern TypeScript-based fullstack development
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end
• Pragmatic mindset — you know when to go deep and when to move fast
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Located in (or willing to relocate to) Stockholm
