SCADA DevOps Engineer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced SCADA DevOps Engineer for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Role Description

Engineer with 6+ years of experience in the IT Energy domain, specializing in Zenon SCADA, DevOps automation, and secure system integrations. The role focuses on CI/CD enablement, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, security, and integration of SCADA systems with OSS/BSS platforms.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Zenon SCADA configurations, scripts, and integrations
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Ansible and Terraform for SCADA servers
• Configure monitoring dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, or Zenon-native tools
• Ensure RBAC, secure credential management, and TLS encryption across SCADA and OSS integrations
• Develop scripts/utilities for data ingestion, alarm forwarding, and auto-remediation
• Support REST and OPC UA integrations between Zenon and OSS/BSS platforms
• Maintain version control for Zenon projects and automation artifacts using Git
• Hands-on experience with Zenon SCADA (project configuration, scripting, OPC UA)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Linux & Windows administration with Shell/Python scripting
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
