Role Overview

Join a high-performing telecom engineering team as a Devops Engineer, where you will drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence across BSS/OSS systems. You will work on large-scale telecom platforms including billing, CRM, provisioning, and network management while enabling faster releases, high availability, and resilient operations. This role offers deep exposure to Kubernetes, cloud environments, automation frameworks, monitoring tools, and multi-vendor telecom ecosystems in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Zenon SCADA configurations, scripts, and integrations.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for SCADA servers and related components using tools like Ansible/Terraform.
• Configure dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus or Zenon-native) for energy KPIs, site health, and SLA compliance.
• Enforce RBAC, secure credential management, and TLS encryption for SCADA and OSS integrations.
• Develop scripts and utilities for data ingestion, alarm forwarding, and auto-remediation workflows.
• Support REST/OPC UA integrations between Zenon and OSS/BSS platforms (Inventory, Assurance, Energy dashboards)
• Maintain version control for Zenon projects, SCADA scripts, and automation artifacts in Git repositories.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with Zenon SCADA (project configuration, scripting, OPC UA integration).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration, scripting (Shell/Python), and automation frameworks (Ansible).
• Understanding of ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management.

Good to have:

• Exposure to TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, ODA).
• Experience with Elastic Stack for observability.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployments.
