Accountabilities
- Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand priorities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored features addressing client needs.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment of business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on innovation opportunities within the Client Portal.
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics to inform future development efforts.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Previous insurance agency or brokerage experience is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering digital products that enhance client engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance.
