As a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, optimizing patient care, and driving the expansion of our services across Europe. You will build and maintain the data infrastructure that empowers our team to make informed decisions, ultimately helping thousands of patients on their journey to better health.
The ideal candidate should have experience in product analytics tools, BI tools, SQL and preferably Dataform / DBT as well. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual who can take initiative, get things done efficiently, and work closely with stakeholders. Our projects often involve open-ended tasks, so the ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the fly is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build source-of-truth dashboards that the company will use to answer their own analytics questions.
- Develop and manage robust, production-grade data models using Dataform in our cloud-based data warehouse.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define metrics, tracking plans and carry out exploratory analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on patient journey data, leveraging advanced statistical methods and AI to drive strategic product and operational improvements.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize analytics efficiency.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional experience in data analytics.
- Experience with setting up and managing product analytics tools or BI tools.
- Proficiency with SQL, and even better Dataform / DBT.
- Experience with data modeling techniques and version control systems like git.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You need to have a work permit in Sweden.
