We are expanding our team at No Surrender Studio, and we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong experience in Next.js and a passion for building clean, high-performance user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based user interfaces using Next.js
• Build clean, responsive, and maintainable layouts with HTML and CSS
• Implement UI/UX designs with high attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
• Optimize applications for performance, stability, and scalability
• Develop real-time features such as chat and live streaming
• Ensure high performance and smooth user experience in mobile WebView environments
• Optimize rendering, memory usage, and bundle size for mobile devices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across web and mobile platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Frontend Developer
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Solid JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Experience integrating APIs and working with real-time technologies (WebSocket, SSE)
• Good understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
• Experience with state management libraries (Jotai, Redux, or Zustand)
• Strong experience optimizing frontend applications for mobile performance
• Understanding of WebView limitations and performance considerations
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Capacitor or React Native
• Experience building products primarily used inside mobile WebViews
• Familiarity with mobile debugging and performance profiling tools
• Background in building or maintaining high-traffic platforms
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and edge rendering in Next.js
• Experience building products primarily used inside mobile WebViews
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
• Experience working in startup or product-driven teams
