We are looking for a “Electrical Group Chief” be based in our Uzbekistan project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering,
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPPs),
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the construction and installation of electrical systems in power plants and related facilities,
• Experience working with high, medium, and low voltage systems,
• Experience with DCS Control Systems, PLC/Automation, and SCADA,
• Experience with power plant power distribution and electrical infrastructure,
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in field electrical and I&C installation activities for Centerline and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems,
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical project management tools,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams,
• Desire to travel and work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field electrical and I&C teams,
• Ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality standards,
• Oversee and report daily and weekly field activities,
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and design teams,
• Review and verify submitted drawings against site conditions,
• Inspect and approve delivered equipment and materials,
• Experience with grounding systems,
• Experience with cable trays, cable pulling, and termination,
• Experience with panel installation (MV/LV switchgear, transformers, junction boxes),
• Experience with instrumentation, piping, ducting, and control panels,
• Manage DCS system cold circuit and hot circuit control activities,
• Support and coordinate with commissioning teams during commissioning and testing.
