inveon.ai is Inveon’s new AI initiative, focused on building agent-based AI systems for e-commerce operations.

We focus on production-ready AI supporting marketing, merchandising, analytics, and ops teams inside real e-commerce environments.

Role Summary

We’re looking for strong engineers focused on AI / LLM systems to build vertical, agent-based products from scratch.

You’ll design, build, and scale AI systems used in production by commerce teams.

A Day in This Role

• Developing and iterating on core features
• Reviewing agent behavior and system outputs from live environments
• Designing or refining agent decision logic and memory flows
• Writing and iterating on backend and AI orchestration code
• Debugging real-time issues and improving system reliability
• Discussing trade-offs with a small, senior team
• Shipping improvements directly into production

Preferred Stack

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript

Backend: NestJS, TypeScript

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Real-time: Native WebSockets

AI / LLM Experience (Hands-On Required)

• RAG & embeddings
• Multi-agent systems & agent design patterns
• OpenAI SDK / OpenAI Agents JS
• Context engineering & memory orchestration

Domain Knowledge (Highly Valuable)

• E-commerce workflows
• Vertical AI agents (marketing, merchandising, analytics, ops)
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads
• E-commerce platforms
