Project Management Office is anchored within Service Excellence & Innovation Team in Lundbeck GBS. It focuses on building PMO culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long-term strategy. Project Management Team will collaborate very closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating successful implementations.

- You will have an opportunity to lead end to end projects included in the new transformation roadmap and build with us an efficient PMO organization.
- You will monitor project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies.
- You will manage a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget, and quality.
- You will cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the expected outcomes of your projects to add real value to the organization.

What You Bring To The Team
- Project management experience, minimum 6 years
- Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
- English at C1 is a must
- Expertise in Agile methodology is an advantage
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage
- Able to lead the team without a direct reporting line
- Self-starter
- Skilled to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needs
- Clearly communicate and tailor the message to the respective audience
- Prepare and conduct crisp presentations with very detailed information
- Experienced to conduct effective presentations to various groups of people
- Able to deal with ambiguity & uncertainty
- Finding it easy to work in a dynamic environment
- Add structure where the structure is missing, but also may have a flexible approach
