Job Purpose
As a Cloud Customer Engineer, you are responsible for leading technical discussions with customers, gathering technical requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of cloud solutions.
Your role requires strong expertise in system administration and a solid understanding of networking to support cloud migrations and customer onboarding processes. Additionally, you will organize and manage customer migration projects across different cloud environments, ensuring smooth transitions.
You will also be responsible for onboarding customers onto the company’s cloud interface, ensuring they understand and utilize the platform effectively.

Responsibilities
- Organize technical meetings with customers to gather requirements and design cloud solutions
- Organize and manage customer migration projects across various cloud environments.
- Oversee the onboarding process for customers using the company's cloud interface, providing guidance and training.
- Deploy and configure IaaS/PaaS solutions based on customer needs.
- Support system administration tasks, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Assist with networking configurations related to cloud solutions, such as load balancers and firewalls.
- Plan and execute Proof-of-Concept (PoC) implementations for cloud services.
- Develop and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for customers.
- Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues related to cloud environments.,
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cloud processes and automation.
- Train and mentor new team members on cloud solutions and best practices.
- Stay updated on certifications and emerging cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud and system administration roles.
- Strong expertise in system operations (Linux, Windows, Virtualization).
- Experience with cloud migrations across multiple cloud platforms.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (firewalls, routing, load balancing).
- Familiarity with OpenStack, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for handling migration projects
- Well-organized with strong time management and project management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Possess expertise in cloud-based AI, large language models (LLMs), GPU and vGPU technologies, and conduct research in these areas.
- Design, implement, and manage high-availability and clustering architectures.
- Demonstrate strong mastery of SQL and NoSQL architectures and configurations.
- Exhibit advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
