The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As an Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and supporting the company’s financial, accounting, and controllership operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and tax legislation
• Guiding and mentoring the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies that support overall business growth and sustainability
• Overseeing group-level financial processes, ensuring alignment and consistency across entities
• Managing cash flow and tax-related operations to secure healthy financial performance
• Ensuring robust internal controls and effective risk management practices are in place
• Collaborating with other department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Key competencies

We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven experience in managing accounting teams and leading cross-functional financial projects
• Strong tax background, including hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and interaction with tax authorities
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work strategically while remaining detail-oriented
