As we expand our operations in Europe, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in providing top-tier technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support for inverters and battery systems to clients and partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or on-site visits as required.

Installation and Maintenance Assistance

  • Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance processes for Chisage products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and technical audits to ensure product reliability and performance.

Customer Training

  • Deliver technical training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
  • Create and update user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.

Product Feedback and Collaboration

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common technical challenges and propose product improvements.
  • Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to enhance product features and address customer needs.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and prepare regular technical reports for management.


What We’re Looking For

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Polish(at least B1).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of inverter and battery technologies, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or related role, preferably in the energy or electronics industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
