What We Expect From You?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial transformation, business analysis, process redesign, project management or consulting,
• Knowledge of financial systems, financial reporting & planning, collection/payment systems and accounting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technology, business units, and operations teams,
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset,
• Experience in agile working methodologies,
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Professional working proficiency in English,
• Strategic vision to connect organizational culture with business goals
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
  
  

How Can You Make an Impact?

• Build highly efficient and automated systems for monitoring KPI and dashboard performance (rather than just being responsible for reporting them),
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders,
• Lead the development of reporting infrastructure and data modeling processes,
• Observe and analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the redesign of workflows.
