Our venture arm, Vizio Ventures, partners with founders to build and launch SaaS products from idea to scale. Together, we serve both mid-market clients and early-stage startups with data-driven innovation.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Partner who will act as the strategic business advisor and relationship owner for our clients.

This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and client strategy. The Account Partner guides clients from idea to clarity to execution to measurable value. You will deeply understand client goals, frame problems correctly, and translate business intent into structured, actionable inputs for our product and tech teams.

This is not a delivery or task-management role. Instead of tracking tasks or managing developers, you will focus on strategic conversations, problem framing, documentation, prototyping, and value creation.

You will work closely with BizOps, Tech, Growth, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure that every project starts with clarity and delivers meaningful business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Account Ownership

  • Act as the single strategic point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings
  • Understand client goals, constraints, and success metrics
  • Set and manage expectations to avoid misalignment
  • Maintain trust through clear, proactive communication
  • Handle escalations professionally and calmly
  • Own long-term client success, satisfaction, and retention

Business & Product Advisory

  • Help clients shape ideas into feasible, outcome-driven solutions
  • Frame business problems clearly before involving Tech
  • Advise on prioritization, scope, and trade-offs
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blind spots early
  • Ensure every initiative aligns with measurable ROI
  • Shift conversations from “tasks” to “outcomes”

Pitch, Prototype & Documentation Creation

  • Turn ambiguity into clarity through structured outputs, including:
  • Pitch decks and vision presentations
  • Clickable prototypes and UI/flow drafts
  • Feature briefs and solution outlines
  • User journeys and process diagrams
  • High-level product roadmaps

Use Tools Such As

  • Figma, FigJam, Figma Make
  • Lovable, Bolt, Framer
  • ChatGPT for structured documentation and scoping
  • Canva or Google Slides for decks
  • Deliver clean, validated handover packages to BizOps and Tech

Partnership & Account Growth

  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Propose new initiatives that unlock revenue or efficiency
  • Collaborate with Growth and partner teams when relevant
  • Increase account lifetime value (LTV)
  • Support long-term, multi-project client relationships

Delivery Coordination (High-Level)

  • Provide BizOps and Tech with strong business context and direction
  • Clarify success criteria for deliverables
  • Communicate major risks or directional changes early
  • Close the loop with clients after releases
  • Own the “what” and “why,” not the daily execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Product, Consulting, or Strategy
  • Strong business problem-framing and product thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to translate messy ideas into clear, structured logic
  • Confident in expectation management and constructive push-back
  • Comfortable creating decks, documents, and prototypes
  • Experience with Figma / FigJam and basic UX concepts
  • High AI fluency (ChatGPT, no-code or AI-assisted tools for scoping and validation)
  • Strategic mindset with strong ownership mentality

Bonus

  • Experience working with SaaS products or digital agencies
  • Background in startups or fast-paced, ambiguous environments
