Overview 


The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the 
cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.  


The Advisors Creative Desk (“ACD”) sits within Services organization and is responsible for ideating & creating engaging, forward-thinking and creative marketing solutions for Mastercard clients, delivering the complete suite of services a full-service agency can offer. 


Role 
 


The Motion Designer will be part of the growing creative team based in Istanbul, working across the EEMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa). The role will focus on bringing powerful ideas to life through design, brand storytelling, and visual craft.

This position collaborates closely with creative team, project managers, and Mastercard Services team to deliver high-quality creative work that aligns with Mastercard’s global standards.




Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual and motion assets for Mastercard and its partner brands.
• Drive concept development for both short-form and long-form motion projects.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Adapt and localize visual content for diverse platforms and audiences.
• Stay current with emerging trends in motion design and innovative creative technologies.
• Ensure consistency with Mastercard’s global brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for motion design, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative decisions clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for storytelling and design that transcends cultures.
  
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry, within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Advanced written, verbal English. ( Other languages are plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Blender is a plus.
• Apply expertise in 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and their application in dynamic storytelling.
• Work within a structured schedule, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-hub environment with cross-functional teams.
