- e to:Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic stakehol
- ders.Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals, processes, and AI automation use c
- ases.Create and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value, adoption, and reten
- tion.Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer
- needsConduct regular strategic business reviews, performance check-ins, and success planning sess
- ions.Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and optimiza
- tion.Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to monitor account health, usage metrics, and renewal timel
- ines.Advocate for customer feedback internally to influence product improvements and roadmap priori

- ou🏌️3+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, Key Account Success, or Relationship Management within an SaaS environ
- ment.Experience managing existing customers with a strategic, consultative, and solution-oriented appr
- oach.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, such as retention, churn, expansion, and adop
- tion.Excellent communication and strategic stakeholder management skills (in a Nordic language and Engl
- ish).Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneo
- usly.Experience with AI, chatbot platforms, automation tools, or CRM systems is a strong
- plus.Experience as a management consultant in a technical environment is a strong
plus.
