The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own everything that makes Qureos tick for candidates, employers, and our marketplace.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and a dedicated engineering & design squad to ship fast, iterate constantly, and make measurable impact.

This isn’t “just a PM” role. You’re the driver of activation, engagement, and product-led growth, from discovery to launch to optimization. You’ll define the roadmap, run experiments, and improve the experience for millions of users.

What You’ll Own

AI Hiring Workflows

• End-to-end ownership of automation, recommendations, and assessments
• Optimize the matching engine and internal logic for speed & accuracy
  
  

Candidate Experience

• Self-serve funnels, onboarding, and activation flows
• Identify friction points, run experiments, and iterate rapidly
  
  

Employer Experience

• Job posting, pipeline management, and engagement tools
• Ensure employers see value fast and repeatedly
  
  

PLG & Marketplace Dynamics

• Drive product-led growth: self-serve adoption, activation funnels
• Ownership of marketplace mechanics: supply-demand balance, ranking, and matching
  
  

Internal Platform & Tools

• Collaborate with engineering to ship tools that make operations seamless
• Ensure analytics, dashboards, and workflows empower internal teams
  
  

Data & Metrics

• Run experiments, analyze dashboards, and make metric-driven decisions
• Use tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, Looker, Amplitude, and internal dashboards to guide decisions
• Translate user data into insights and product priorities
  
  

Who You Are

• 4–5 years as a Product Manager in a product-based tech company
• Hands-on with PLG features, self-serve funnels, and activation flows
• Comfortable with data, analytics, dashboards, and experimentation
• Proven ability to work with engineering & design to ship fast, iterative improvements
• Experience with marketplaces or SaaS products is a plus
• High ownership, fast execution, and a bias for action
• Thinks like an owner, moves like a founder, and measures success in impact, not just output
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building 0→1 and 1→10 features
• Excellent communicator, can translate insights into actionable product plans
