Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance the organization's local and wide area networks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with network regulatory requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with IT teams to support network infrastructure projects effectively.
- Perform regular network analysis and optimize performance adjustments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working in network operations or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture concepts.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools is essential.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure efficiently.
- Experience with configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with IT and business teams.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices is required.
- Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
